Main Camp 2026
The Austin Ice Bats are excited to host Main Camp 2026 from August 14–16 at Ice & Field. Players will showcase their skills in a competitive environment while our coaching staff evaluates every game. Throughout the weekend, each participant will compete in four games and demonstrate their hockey IQ, work ethic, and ability to contribute to the 2026–27 roster.
Each registered player is guaranteed four games over the course of the weekend. The schedule is structured to provide every participant with meaningful ice time while allowing coaches to evaluate players in game situations. Main Camp is an important step in the Austin Ice Bats player evaluation process and gives athletes the chance to compete alongside other high-level junior hockey players.

Cost: $350 per player
Returning Players: If you have previously attended an Austin Ice Bats camp or are a returning player, please contact General Manager Josh Malin before registering. He will provide you with additional registration instructions before you complete your sign-up.

Saturday, August 15
- 10:45–11:45 AM – Gold Rink
- 4:15–5:15 PM – Silver Rink
Sunday, August 16
- 10:00–11:00 AM – Gold Rink

If you’re ready to compete for an opportunity with the Austin Ice Bats, we encourage you to register as soon as possible. Main Camp provides valuable exposure to our coaching staff and is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your abilities in a competitive setting. Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.
