Austin Ice Bats General Manager
Josh Malin serves as the General Manager of the Austin Ice Bats. He brings hockey experience, leadership, and a strong commitment to player development in the Austin, Texas hockey community. Josh attended Liberty University, where he played ACHA hockey. His playing experience helped him build a strong understanding of the game. He also developed a passion for junior hockey and player development.
As General Manager, Josh helps oversee the overall operations of the Austin Ice Bats. He works to build a successful program for players, families, and the local hockey community. Harrison Feeney
Austin Ice Bats Head Coach
Harrison Feeney serves as the Head Coach of the Austin Ice Bats. He brings valuable playing and coaching experience to the organization.
Harrison played NCAA Division I hockey at the University of North Dakota. He competed at one of the highest levels of collegiate hockey. This experience gave him a strong foundation in high-level competition and player development.
Harrison also served as an Assistant Coach with the Minnesota Mallards of the North American Hockey League (NAHL). In that role, he gained valuable experience with junior hockey players, team systems, practices, and development.
As Head Coach, Harrison leads the Austin Ice Bats on the ice. He oversees practices, game preparation, player development, and team systems. He also works closely with players throughout the season. His goal is to help each athlete grow and pursue opportunities at the next level. Evissa Hillman
Social Media Manager & Game Day Coordinator
Evissa Hillman serves as the Social Media Manager and Game Day Coordinator for the Austin Ice Bats, helping lead the team’s digital presence, game day operations, community involvement, and partnership opportunities.
This is Evissa’s third season with the Austin Ice Bats. She began with the organization as Social Media Manager during her first season, and last season expanded her role to include game day coordination and additional marketing and operational responsibilities. She continues in both roles for the 2026–27 season.
Evissa is the go-to contact for many ways to get involved with the Austin Ice Bats, including single-game and group tickets, season tickets, game day performers, sponsorships, community partners, volunteers, promotions, and other opportunities to work with or support the team.

Mark Jones
Austin Ice Bats Billet Coordinator
Mark Jones serves as the Billet Coordinator for the Austin Ice Bats, helping connect players with welcoming billet families throughout the season.
Mark has previously opened his home as a billet to several Austin Ice Bats players and has consistently been a helping hand around the team and at games. Now, he officially brings that experience to the Billet Coordinator role, helping support players and families throughout the billet process.
